Manniya Pradhan Mantri Ji, One of the problems being faced by NRIs in India which i have personally observed that whenever a NRI is duped or cheated for which he has to take shelter of Our Judicial system he feels so frustrated or perturbed by the speed with which our judicial system works. It is therefore desirable that Govt. should look into it, earmark cases of NRI on district, and state levels and frame guidelines for their speedy disposal, which will restore faith of NRIs in our system
