Govt can not develop the country. Only the people & private sector can & they will. All is needed from the Govt is policy and infrastructure. First and foremost requirement is clean & fast functioning legal system. So that people concentrate on productivity alone. What India needs is an administration which has a vision. To start with set the minimum entry requirements for anyone contesting for political post. For example the candidate should have a proven track record in his field.

more importance might be given in feeling of oneness among the NRIs irrespective of caste or creed. Goverment missinories/ministers may try to conduct frequent get together and discuss the future policies which our country is going to adopt. More focuss to be given on infrastructural development as was done under Vajpaye ji period. Our Indian when they become NRIs think that India is an unclean and less developed in raodways etc. Green India movement is the best strategy were we can attract any tourist at any part of India. Our strategy must be to develop the rural infrastructural development where we can attract not only the NRIs but all tourist around the globe to visit and observe the culture, traditions and food of the rural mass in different part of India. it is only through tourism we can make our even our NRIs as Indian ambasedors for promoting tourism

We need a clean and sustainable education system in India, where plagiarism is a serious problem especially in West Bengal. Please provide a safe and supporting learning environment to our students and do not allow these people to jeopardize our education system day after day and make it unsustainable for future generations. It is unbearable pain to see our information published by them without proper acknowledgment. Please form a committee to investigate this issue.

Dear Mr.Modi, I would like to bring this point to your knowledge and awareness of NRI's struggles at overseas country. I'm working & living in Singapore for the past 14 years. I'm a Master degree holder working in an MNC Co. I have asked "will you get this salary (SGD) in India?" by my superior (Singaporean Chinese whose grand parents migrated from China) during performance appraisal when I asked for promotion after 4 years gap. This is how I'm being harassed & cornered by the locals.

Look at china if u read drucker on coastal china the major development has been done by NRC(non residential chinese). we need to promote the investment in India. look at common wealth games(corruption or non-corruption)NRIs appreciated the development and clean new delhi. you can be away from your home in a 5star hotel but cleaner home is God. we need to trash out slow system which shun away the investments from NRIs. Its there duty to give back and we should have a system to receive the goods.

A huge exercise to start Public Relation Campaign in foreign countries is needed by diaspora with the help of Indian relatives. But the thing is that how is going to help in that start? the answer is - Indian Culture associations who are propagating Indian Culture inside India, will help , because there are so many relatives living in other countries of those people of India of those associations. Ex- Defence associations ( regd. ) can also help.

NRIs can be made to participate in policies imitating western standards like cleanliness, dicipline, moral character in INdia as they have lived on developed countries and at the same time aware of India's complex diversity and intricated setup, so can suggest how to go for the same policy implementations onIndia successfully.
