Things are not going work if you force anyone. Secondly unless people are convienced that tax amts are used right cause, none would like to pay taxes, Instead we should have an easy access to gov approved NGOs or associations for certain causes like rural education or pay for child education. NRIs can get associated to those associations and pay them monthly. This will justify where the amount is going and how it is used.

An Indian citizen working on foreign land earning more than 4000 US$ pm must be forced to pay taxes in India based on their salary. An IIT or IIM graduate who seeks employment from there campus and are forced to stay abroad but are paid heavily don't contribute in anyway to India's economy or business development.Banks will have more dollars this way and rupee will get stronger.Subsides in college fee should be given and those who take up subsided should be force to work in the country for 2-3 yr

This site itself cud be a source for such info reaching and incase they are inline with our skils, expertise and jobs we would be happy to spread the word if not market them directly which also is a major possibility even helping some us to become self employed overseas hence a two way benefit

This is a great first step towards all inclusive government. Congratulations to all those involved in this effort. We hope there will be a follow through and a team will go through these feedbacks and take help from some of the contributors/volunteers to fulfill the dreams of all Indians.

Interestingly it is perceived to be quite difficult to work for startup in foreign country due to visa problems in case it is work-based visa. I recommend that diaspora can partner with an organization in India and foster cross-country startup partnership in the area that the member of diaspora is good at. This will help him/her to be part of a partnership that will be win-win for all.

Not just startups, but work culture, work ethics and change in approach towards business and work. Going abroad gives everyone a different perspective on life- on culture, economy and politics. My opinion on Socialism has changed after living in France and I have come to believe that socialism, when done right without hampering businesses, can lead to a better life for the people of the country. The startup culture in places like Berlin is very inspiring & we need something like this in Blr/Mum

Firstly NRIS should feel to be Indians by heart. Having spent almost 20 years abroad, the NRIs in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia do not consider themselves as Indians as they take pride in calling themselves as Americans/Brits/Canadians. etc. I have also observed that most of these so called NRIs even do not buy Indian agri-produce on the plea that either these are substandard OR over priced. I have seen NRIs picking up Paki Basmati Rice from Indian Stores ignoring Indian Rice to save dollar
