Dear PM, In the efforts to find black money, i have some suggestions. Through AICTE and Medical council find out names of student those who have taken admission in Management Quota by paying capitation fee in cash. Check accounts of their parents where you will get information of maximum black money. Also many engineering colleges are started by trusts which should work on principal of No Profit No loss. But i request you to check their accounts including different banks accounts.
