Roaming,checkposts should be removed and a federal police system needed to improve the efficiency .now any criminal from other state reside in other state. Difficult for state police to identify.

Conduct both the legislative and parliment elections at the same time.we are wasting too much money .may be some state ministries will oppose.by consensus ,by extending or reducing one year we can adjust it.do this and save money.it will strengthen federal system too.
