Sir, Dairy Milk Adulteration can only be stopped by 'COW HOSTELS' by combining milk production & collection at one place. Cows in hostels can get excellent care also. All dairy industry should either keep their own cows or establish cow hostels for rural owners to look after and keep their cows and provide milk. Dairy owner collecting the milk should provide veterinary care of the cows in the hostel. Cow Health milk production will improve and Milk adulteration will stop.

Teaching moral values in school and colleges is the best way. Nowadays, we are doing just the opposite. We teach that if you want to get anything, do it better than the guy next to you. The students learn that they should steel it from him. Parents also contribute towards this by constantly putting telling their kids to perform better than others. The value based question in all the exams does the least to incite values because it always has the same answer and does not make kids think anything.

For Good Governance:-Govt should aim to bring 100% citizens,trade,industry related services/schemes/requirements on-line. All Govt policies,provisions,schemes should be on official portals with facility of on line feedback/suggestions.Govt must vigorously encourage development of Apps making above E-government compatible (accessible) with Mobile phones, apps can be best developed by STUDENTS.

Sir, My suggestion is as part of Clean India, 1. We can built public toilets in very 1 km distance (or every village junction) and it can be maintained well. 2. We can keep Dustbins in very junction, every compartment of Trains, Buses. And we can dispose the waste on a daily basis. 3. We can provide 3 Dustbins for every house - 1 for Green waste, 1 for Plastics or Paper and 1 for Food waste. And we can create awareness to use the correct bin

My next suggestion is Respected PM sir, we can bring in the lions club and Rotary club in building clean toilets, and maintain them in villages, they do have the manpower and money power, we can give them this task, it would be very easy for them.

Mr. mani iyer is speaking out of frustration, just ignore him. I have this suggestion to make for clean india first let the railways build toilets inside and outside important stations so that people do not use the open ground. if the railways takes this initiative people would learn and slowly we can educate them. i feel that nothing will happen in tamil nadu because here the govt is in slumber.

I have a submission to the kind attention of our P.M.Mani shankar ayyar of Congress is going on NDTV website with criticism of P.M's actions, saying he should have done this... he should not have done this etc etc;. My submission is he should be made part of the consultations our PM will be having, before taking a policy decision.
