श्रीमान प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, प्रणाम मैं पिछले चार वर्षों से पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए कार्य कर रहा हूँ जिसके अंतर्गत मेरे जिले में लाखों पेड़ दीमक की चपेट में आ चुके हैं। उनमें से हजारों पेड़ सूख चुके हैं और लाखों की संख्या मे सूखने की ओर अग्रसर हैं, जो बचे हुए पैड हैं,उन पर मैं गौमूत्र और गाय के गोबर से कीटनाशक बनाकर समय समय पर स्प्रे कर दीमक से बचाने का काम कर रहा हूँ ताकि आने वाले दिनों में क्षेत्र में पर्यावरण संबंधी समस्याओं से बचा जा सके। इस प्रकार मैंने हजारों बड़े पेड़ो को दीमक के प्रकोप से बचाया है। तथा मैं प्रत्येक वर्ष खाटूश्यामजी व जीण माताजी मैले मे जाकर श्रद्धालुओं को सिंगल यूज प्लास्टि के दुष्परिणाम बताकर इसको रोजमर्रा के इस्तेमाल से हटाने की अपील भी कर रहा हूं। हाल ही में मैंने क्षेत्र के लोगों को जल बचाने का संदेश देते हुए अपने खर्चे पर तीन सौ (300 वर्ष) पुरानी बावड़ी की साफ सफाई करवाई। मेरा यह प्रयास निरंतर जारी है। कृप्या मेरे इस कार्य की "मन की बात" कार्यक्रम मे चर्चा करें। प्रार्थी बजरंग सिंह, गांव -रानीपुरा, वाया -जाजोद, तहसील -खंडेला,जिला-सीकर(राजस्थान)

Respected Sir, My concern is about increasing Real Estate frauds done by developers and builders who cheat people and live luxurious life after jeopardizing the money, time and trust of the home buyers why does not RERA or Housing Development Ministry or Government takes strict and quick action against them why the buyers have to fight with Builders in court for years and years to seek justice. Kindly look into this matter as it is every citizens dream to own a house and that is why builders cheat them easily. Its a request to punish severely to this type of builder and developers and give the money or the property to the home buyers who have invested their hard earned money.

I have a strong feeling that there is a lot of work to do on the Human Resource side, especially corporate where Work from home is involved. Virtual work while is very helpful for some employees and equally money saving option for the employers, my perspective is to have a regulated virtual working option to ensure balance between working from home. This is very important as the employees working from home are at risk of their health if they fail to use proper sitting posture for long hours and days. From employers perspective it is again equally important to have a regulated virtual working to ensure data security and the awareness of employees understanding corporate culture team work and the quality of work if they were supposed to work from office. Banks require an OTP for transactions. Even the Delivery companies require OTPs. Even Gas Cylinder delivery needs Otps. All have the same phone number. It is very difficult to distinguish between a genuine and a fraud OTP. There is an urgent request and need to change the formats of OTPs for banks and for other companies to be able to easily identify a financial transaction otp and a delivery co otp. Just like RBI has announced a separate domain names of banking institutions a similar pattern is needed for OTPs. Maybe a use of alphabets or the no of digits can be increased for OTPs for banks. Unless a stark differentiation is there between bank otps and others, the financial frauds minimizing shall remain a challenge!
