The gap between the service and manufacturing public sector companies and the people has been widening in recent times.Vacancies in Central Ministries, Public Sector Undertakings, Banks, Educational Institutions etc. in the States should be provided to the people of the respective States.Public sector companies need to re-enact recruitment notices at the state level.The gap between the central government's service and manufacturing companies and the people should not become the gap between the central government.Exams can be held at the national level. Priority should be given to the people of the respective state when hiring.Public sector employees hired in other states are just as interested in relocating to their home state. Do not think to care about the growth of the company. This is one of the reasons why many central public sector companies are losing money.Public sector enterprises should provide employment to locals, ranging from Group B to health workers .

The Govt should launch a special TV channel to inspire the youths and entrepreneurs by showing them stories of eminent National and International personalities from different sectors like Business, Science , Medical , Academic , History etc. OTT plateform may be used also. Some interactive activities like reality shows , contests , quizes may also be planned .

With wholehearted support from people of Sri Lanka, they (Lankans) may be offered to join India as a permanent state of India. By following the above idea: 1. we may eradicate or eliminate the China's dream of expansion of its power across Indian Ocean. 2. India will become more powerful in Indian Ocean. 3. Sri Lanka may be a very good future investment for India. 4. Fulfill India's policy to become AKHAND Bharat by this geographical expansion. 5. Srilankan will also be mutually get benefitted.
