Respected PM, I introduce myself as retired Professor and specialist on marine micro algae. Microalgae are present in any water body marine or freshwater called Phytoplankton. These algae cause Red Tides and toxic blooms which are dangerous to the flora and fauna of any ecosystem. Indian marine and fresh waters are now a days highly polluted and create Red Tides which are toxic to fish and other water animals and including man. There are tow type of toxins PSP (Paralytic Shellfish Poison and DSP (Diarrhectic Shellfish Poison). Both of them are produced by microalgae and spoil the food chain. Throughout world governments are facing the toxic bloom problem. In our waters we are getting this recently . There are many reports of them. So we have to start HAB centres(Harmful Algal Bloom Centres) at major city coasts and monitor the sea to forecast them. I would like to talk with you about this and there is an urgency to start these centres very soon. or we will be facing trouble.

Respected PM Mr. Modi, we the resident of RWA Defence Enclave, Goyla Tajpur Road, New delhi 110071, filed a grievance vide DHLTH/E/2024/0014668, 06/09/2024 against the illegal installation tower, we got the unexpected results. From the beginning we legitimately following the various departments that the MCD has issued the permission letter in a illegal manner and without the perimssion of RWA residents. We do not want the such installations for the sake of one. Now a dates the tower installer companies are misusing the power of MCD and violation the court order and regulation of DOT. We all residents are from retired offices from ARMY, Nevy and Airfoce. and the environment of our area is green belf area, even lots of Govt land is there, the company and MCD may installation at Govt land also, why they are targetting the Residence area. Here the owner of the plot, who is permitting is getting benefit out the tower installation, but for the act of one why the people of society suffer.
