I would suggest that there should be regular checking of the working system of government school. In fact there should be surprised visit by the authorities so that the real scene of these schools could be known to all.We are the real sufferers. My child is studying in kendriya vidyalaya no 2.bhopal.

There should be unannounced award for the students who spend maximum time in the library. Also another award for the students who utilises the maximum facilities of the library. This may indirectly enhance the reading habits among students.

we make the students in schools&college must have certain library hours compulsory for writing exams.ex:180 hours for every year.Reading habit rise the revolution in young age and Rationalise them towards the Future.most of the schools colleges donot encourage reading and don't have good library too.present books as a gift for celebration and contribution to institutions instead of cash .We may launch mobile library in public places and during travel in trains books may supply as reference
