We can encourage the use of #LED in 3 ways. 1. By giving #LED to the general stores for distribution through that everyone can get that easily. 2. We can give the benifts of using #LED and price in Some advertisements like AD on TV or Giving in Newspapers and regional papers through that every one will get proper information of why we need to use it. 3. We can put person or we can give this task to meter reader person to give information on usage, price and benifits of #LED at every home.

1.The road lights to be replaced with LED lights with solar panel. This can reduce so much of power. 2.More advertising about LED lights in TV and radio. Giving subsidies on LED lights.

Efficient lighting with LED bulb is a good proposal by the Govt. However, the major issue id its affordability by common citizens. These LED bulbs are highly priced and unaffordable in the open market. Govt must challenge the companies to produce LED bulbs in large quantity to reduce the cost. Even the CFL bulbs are quite expensive. China made poor quality LED bulbs must be ceased and not be allowed for marketing.

First of all awareness is important to each and every citizen of country about the energy efficient led lights , moreover some keen steps must be taken by government like compulsion of led lights in public as well as govt schools , in automobile industry some vehicles are coming with led lights but not all so this should be made compulsion. Moreover awarwness programmes must be conducted in rural areas.

Now a days mostly individual houses going toward power saving devices like LEDs, 5 star rating equipment, low energy consuming fans by analyzing cost impact of monthly electricity but still mostly government offices, railway stations, government infrastructures using very old devices which are making a heavy electricity load and not giving goods service to public.If these can be replaced by doing installation cost v/s electricity consumption cost, we can save large power and huge public money.

Thinking from end user perspective, a person will still use incandescent bulb only 2 reason- - Cost - Ignorance In rural areas, meter reading person reaches every house if they can explain cost effectiveness of LED bulb and note down points why people want to continue with incandescent bulbs. That can help. A stern final approach would be encouraging incandescent bulb manufacturers to go for led bulb. Without incandescent bulb supply people will be forced to switch.

My idea for effective implementation as follows; Distribution: 1. Through Goods & service outlets of state owned. 2. Through corporate companies, they can distribute to all employees and deduct the subsidy from the TDS so that govt. can ensure the distribution channel. 3. Through Govt. outlets or through vending machines at common places like super malls

It is known fact that the public sector constitutes the largest organised entity in India in terms of people employed, residences owned, factories operated. #UJALAScheme - ways to support speedy implementation: 1) Mandate the public sector undertakings and their townships (where their employees live) to replace existing Incandescent Bulbs or Tubelights with LEDs.Thus the cost has to be sponsored by the PSEs so that the implementation is smooth and complete.
