Distribution of LED bulbs in rural area should be the main agenda as people residing in Urban areas know the importance of LED to some extent. But people living in rural areas have no idea that what LED bulb is. For them buying anything different from their normal supply is same as taking a risk in buying something which is unknown. So first make the rural people realise that what LED is and then emphasis on the cheapness and efficiency. Once they come to know about SAVING MONEY they will buy.

Start marketing in the villages with just a Rs.5/-(for the ladies) margin on production cost of each bulb and route it through the unemployed ladies just for one year....then see the results. They will empower the villages with power saving light and in return empower them selves too.

I am from Imphal, Manipur. I am really excited for this UJALA scheme. I would like to get the LED bulbs from the designated distribution centre. However, so far I have not found any distribution center here at Imphal. I would like to know where I can get LED bulbs in Imphal. Also, has the UJALA scheme not yet implemented in Manipur? Please reply asap! #LEDs,#UJALAScheme

1.Now a days most of people using social media. Govt should promote through Social medias like Facebook, twitter, WhatsApp etc. 2. In rural areas Govt should sale the LED at lesser cost or sale or cost should be added in the amount of Electricity bill so that there will be no corruption. 3. Govt should give Subsidy or Tax incentives to the private sectors who are the manufacturers of the LED so that they will reduce their product cost. #MinistryofPower#EnergyConservation#MYGOV#LED

1. Government should send notification to production industries to stop production of high consuming electricity bulbs. 2. Ask them to produce LED bulbs at nominal rates, because rates also major factor for people in India to buy and use LED. With this two major moves, in market slowly ordinary bulbs will not be available for purchase and LED will be available in nominal rates. People will start consuming slowly. #StopOrdinaryBulbs #SaveEnergy #UseLEDs
