but the ideas were good. I said only the problems behind it

if you reduce the supply of indecent bulbs and CFL , then the demand for Led lights increases because the opportunity cost of CFL and indecent bulbs is Led. but there is a problem in Led lights- it is brighter than indecent but not more than CFL and it is costly too.

The electrical department should go to houses selectively and encourage the use of led. The load on transformer should be reduced by 15% by promoting the concept. introduce schemes subsidizing bulbs. At present most of the houses have tube light sets if LED can be incorporated in the same set by having led arrangement inside the tube and eliminating choke. The light will be distributed for a longer length compared to bulbs. The concept may be easier to implement. As minimum work is involved.

@ Hareesh This is wrong Concept of Blindness due to light, Because just think We Use Sun light 12 Hrs a Day which is high power than all. Still nothing Happens to us...So relax. Aware people.

UJALA Scheme is very Good, we all should aim of Consuming Electricity power for the Future use. And to use proper in Development. Less Consume means Cheap expense towards electricity Bills.

Ujala scheme is very good intetions and great effort from the government but i am hearing the rumour from poor people in my native home that the usage of LED bulbs can cause blindness and same is reapeated by many people. how to correct them , what proof can be shown that this LED bright light cannot cause blindness

scheme is very good and responce from people also very nice.but the problem is advertising the scheme and lack of awareness about this programme to the people.and the dealers who will provide this bulbs also do lot of nondisciplinary things and they are not promoting and not doing their level best.bureaucrats should take strict decisions o implement this programme. conservation of energy is the main problem all over the world. india is moving a step forwerd in this movement.

Scheme is very good , but the people of Bihar is asking - "why this discrimination with Bihar. Look @ data is it justified as per Bihar population.....
