advertisements can be put up showing the benefits and advantages of using LED'S.Advertisments have always been a great idea to promote a product.Banners should be put up featuring the rates and benefits of LED'S.

Sir as per my opinion the LED bulb scheme is given for all citizens in india including Urban & Rural areas. Creating awareness among people through Indian Culture (For ex. Maharashtrian Lok-kala & Pathnatya) for increasing LED bulb application & reducing electricity. This bulbs gives from electricity board under subsidy, Due to this pure man also gain it and use. "SAVE ELECTRICITY; SAVE ENVIRONMENT"

Try to sell LED light in every ration shop. Teachers and Guides in every school have to understand about the consumption and economization of energy,so they will tell the students about the benefit of LED lights and the profit of economizing consumption of energy for future use.

Make LED bulbs easily accessible to the masses, not just in urban areas. Selling subsidized LED bulbs from ration shops will be a good start. A policy like 1 very cheap/free LED per ration card will automatically lure the masses to switch to LEDs. I think encouraging for anything involves 2 steps: 1. Creating Interest Gov. has been doing well in creating interest of public to use LED but one more step is to show public the reality. Don't show how much watt did the LED saved but the money it saved for every YEAR ( As then the savings would be more) 2. Reach One more problem is that nobody wants to stand and buy an LED!! Opening web portals and broadcasting links from where these LED could be easily bought will definitely help...

The one and strong solution is that Government should ban all conventional bulb and tubelights, either it is their production or use.

I wanted to suggest to Companies who manufactures Mobiles and Laptops that they should manufacture such batteries which saves electricity and also to laptops companies that they should manufacture Power bank for their laptops which should consumes less electricity and charge the laptops quickly and safely.
