Dear Sir, Need freedom from Bureaucracy.Everything in India for, of and by the Bureaucracy.See the amendment to Arbitration and concilliation Act 2018,the qualification for Arbitrator is previous work in Government as Engineer with 10 years experience, while for private it should be senior Management, which is discriminatory,Arbitration with Retired Govt Engineers has been failure,as some dont know law/interpret/apply law.Also Govt Secretaries, IAS post retirement are eligible as Arbitrators??

For getting job from 2023 all should produce blood result. If anything related to ganja, liquor, nicotine find in blood test they will removed from the rank list. This test will be applicable during promotion from 2023,.. for filing nomination in all government bodies this test is a deciding factor for accepting nominations. For renewal of all licences this test will decide the future. For judges, lawyers, doctors etc it should be implement from 2023 onwards.
