The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

The first and foremost assessment and regulation has to be done in govt offices. The officials of go on leave the work stops, the officers of not paid bribe the file movement stops. Pl make the entire office system faceless and paperless then only the corrupt will work. We also need very very very strict law against corruption which is the biggest killer of growth much more than one can imagine

Time for major Reforms: - Historically Govt. MLAs, MPs create Bills, Acts, Laws by sitting in closed shells and misuse public funds. - Police, Political leaders, Administrators shows their helplessness due to their own procedures, processes, and Laws. - Time to discard Labour Laws, Tax Laws, Police Act, Domestic Violence and other Woman Laws, SC/ST Act and Laws, etc. Time to implement 'out of box' solution for protection and prevention.
