The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

कौशल विकास केंद्र का संचालन प्रायवेट बॉडी से न कराकर सरकार को खुद ही संचालित करना चाहिए। और पूरे देश मे ब्लॉक स्तर पर कौशल विकास केंद्र खोलना चाहिए। जिससे कि कुशल भारत कौशल भारत का सपना साकार किया जा सके।

साथ ही साथ ncvt शॉर्ट टर्म कोर्स के इंस्ट्रक्टर का चयन करते समय योग्यता के बजाय अनुभव का ध्यान रखा जाय क्योंकि तकनीकी क्षेत्र में पढ़ाई की अपेक्षा अनुभव धारी ज्यादा अच्छे से अपने हुनर का प्रदर्शन और समस्या का समाधान कर सकता है।

इसके समय पर भी ध्यान दिया जाय तो बहुत ही बढ़िया होगा जैसे कि प्रातःकाल या संध्या काल जिससे हर वर्ग हर क्षेत्र का व्यक्ति लाभ ज्यादा से ज्यादा ले सकेंगे।

"ncvt" मान्यनीय महोदय जी, शॉर्ट टर्म कोर्स और मार्केट की जरूरत अनुसार आज की समय की जरूरत है। जिससे ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग लाभान्वित हो सके। साथ ही साथ इसे फ्लैक्सी मूड में होना चाहिए जिससे एक रेगुलर कर्मचारी और विद्यार्थी इसका लाभ ले सकेंगे।

Respected Sir, Assessment Agencies should have proper knowledge of entire process of vocational education and training which includes admission and completion of training with skill development which will help the people to earn money independently and will be self-employed.While inviting for vocational courses age bar should be omitted.For different age groups different batches should be formed for training so that all types of people will be benefited from this program.

Skill should be 1. Traditional 2. contemporary and 3. casting present trend.Traditional- pottery,horn work, bamboo work etc . Contemporary- tailoring, embroidery, fashion design etc 3. mobile or electronic repair, automobiles repair etc.Skill set should be promoted on schools along with general education and in community youths.It aims at sustainable economic and social development, solving of unemployment, poverty and illiteracy to the maximum extent.It guide to corruption and social odds.

A consumer nation rather than a productive nation that resulted to the nation importing most of the simple goods they consume ranging from tooth picks to machines, failure to develop vocational technical education has brought about bad economy, poverty, unemployment, and mass exodus of the youths to foreign lands for greener pasture, whereas other nations followed their technological development tracks that resulted to their greatness.

Pmo should provide more fund ,infrastructure and train the staff,on skill india program to ensure high quality and technically sound staff. Mainbhiaatmanirbhar. Pmo should retain qualified personnel in india to give thier services Don't allow any body go abroad and give thier services on taxpayer money. If govt paying thier expenses for professional study ,then they should do service here in our country. That time make in india is successful. Mainbhi aatmanirbhar,
