कुछ नीतिगत सुधार करने होंगे खेल अधिनियम बनाकर खेल को अनिवार्य करना होगा खेलकूद विश्व विद्यालय की स्थापना करनी चाहिए ऐसे खेल जिनमे ज्यादा पदक हो के खिलाडियों को अभी से सुविधाए देकर सरकार द्वारा गोद ले लेना चाहिए खेल को प्रबंधकीय दृष्टिकोण से देखना होगा लक्ष्य निर्धारित कर उसे पूरा करने के प्रयास करना होगा

Sir, once we strengthen the sports in which we have had some success, we should take note of events where the number of competing countries is limited. Events like fencing, dressage, diving, decathlon should be explored. Focused training in these events may bring us medals. Events like shot put, discus & javelin throw also need a re-look as the possibility for an improved training program seems ripe. In essence, we need a focused approach, initially limited to few disciplines, before scaling up

Sir, certain regions, states have traditionally done well in certain fields - Haryana, Punjab for Hockey, weight lifting, wrestling, north east for weight lifting and distance running, kerala for short distance running - these aspects have to be further studied and suitably encouraged, may be they are physically better suited for these events. Similarly new age events like golf, tennis, taekwondo need to be encouraged. Gymnastics seems to have traction in the north east & should be given support

Sir, a culture for sports has to be developed, most parents dream of a professional education for their child with a "government job", maybe that has changed to IT sector job - Start up entrepreneur or even movie actor, but how many wish to pursue sports. Most parents & children are comfortable pursuing sports in early school years, but give up before board exams, which is when they can really take a leap into the next level of training. A school level accredited program is the need of the hour.

Sir, we first need to identify the sports that we are traditionally good at and suited for - wrestling, weight lifting, walking, tennis, spints - certain distances, boxing, badminton, table tennis, some events in shooting & archery. We have to build capacity in these events, step up our facilities & training programs right from the school level. Give scholarships, find corporate sponsors, build training centers in all districts and give hope that time investment in sports, pays in the long run.

Like our Education system we should established some schools not coaching centers .Those schools will be 100% dedicated to sports and Outdoor games. Like our present education system there must be B.Sports courses which includes all sports including karate, Judo etc. This B.Sports persons will also get advantage to Gov. Jobs as right now sports Quota persist. This B.Sports persons will again may engage as Teacher of this Schools.They will get advantage in the recruitment of defence sector also

In my opinion first we should encourage the sportsperson. When I was a kid I used to play in grounds, but now I see that all grounds are changes into plots and houses are being built where I used to play. If we don't have a place to play where will we play, so it would be a great step if we try to make more grounds not in city but from villages to metropolitan cities. We should try to implement the strategy of China in particular to encourage sports. Instead of blaming v shud make change 4m us.

1.introduce marks for sports at the school and college level.
2.develop mechanism at district level to spot talent at early stage and nurture it properly.
3.encourage sports activities at govt offices by providing space and equipment
4.sports federations should be run by sportsmen and not politicians.
5.money and media coverage provided to cricket needs to be reduced and olympic sports should be encouraged.

Root cause of all the problems is coruption at every level that is from training to selection process
Instaed of giving huge prize money and huge welcome process money and training support should be provided th the promising ones from the starting
Various sports organisation are not functioning in nation interest
In all the decisions nation should come first
sports environment should be created
