The Brain drain of Bharat Even though we see our economy developing, even though it is predicted by various sources that India is going to surpass its competitors, Young professionals leaving India is still rising. I believe that, one of the reasons is the promise of pseudo quality of life and earning in dollars to spend in rupees. But after some research, I came to realise that people pursued studies in Computer Science only to find out that, despite the skillset the majority are needed to start from the bottom average of ~3.5 Lakh salary per annum, which made them lose faith in the way things workout around here and made them direct their anger on the country itself. During the course of graduation many people get motivated to start their own business, but lose confidence to do so. This is partly peer pressure and partly trying to choose a path where there is a higher chance at a stable life. What could be done about this? Bharat could implement her own version of Israel's plan.
