Suggestions for Budget 1) Capital Gain on Shares / MFs (Equity) : If the shares are sold after 3 years and proceeds are reinvested within specified period in shares, no long term capital gains should be taxed. 2) If Mutual fund is switched from regular scheme to direct scheme, no capital gain tax should be charged 3) TCS (206(1H) and TDS (194Q) should be removed as it is very impractical, instead the person should furnish details of customers / suppliers for purchase / sale more than 50 Lacs in ITR. If revenue is at concern. instead of 4 Advance tax 6 advance tax can be demanded. 4) While paying TDS / TCS we have to pay multiple times for section wise challans. Please accept one total payment in one challan, it's bifurcation is provided in quarterly return. If this is not possible please have one challan with multiple choice of sections in drop down menu. आदरणीय मंत्री जी बजट में प्राथमिक शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एवं नवाचार तथा नवीन प्रयोगों के लिए अलग से प्रावधान करना चाहिए तथा प्राथमिक शिक्षा एवं श्रमिक बच्चे जो विद्यालय नहीं जा पाते हैं उनके लिए बजट में अलग से व्यवस्था कर देश को आगे बढ़ाने जिम्मेदारी निभाए🙏

Village Development -Need to have big digital screen at infront of each Grampanchyat. This should be connected to central server of government.Through this screen government can display or show goverment scheme, farmers befits, how to apply, advance farming knowledge in local language, loan facilities, government initiative, policies etc...Through government launch many schemes but it will not reach to all common man's. Middle people only take benefit of it. -Goverment should develop common supply chain for collecting farming grain, vegetable, milk common collection from farmers and deliver at City market. This will benefit both village and city people.

Boosting for using EV vehicle -EV Two wheeler can be sold more in village and tier 2 cities as they can install set up in farm or village house and use. Government need to facilitate for charging technology at low cost and user friendly. Loan facility should be provided at subsidised rate. -Every corporate, private parking area, public space parking, Residential society should have prepaid based charging facilities -
