My suggestion for this:
# We should make disabled people feel normal, confident, and equally valued.
No big resources are needed — just awareness and kindness from us.
#Our education system also needs change; too much focus on marks is making us all less skilled.
Let’s promote real learning and confidence so no one feels left out.

A nationwide, inclusive data collection drive should be integrated into all major public service channels—Aadhaar, hospitals, schools, transport, and delivery apps—to identify and support children with special needs without threatening their existing benefits. Involve special needs individuals in data collection for employment, and ensure only qualified agencies handle verification. Mandatory audits of rehabilitation centers will maintain standards. These steps help build a compassionate, dignified, and inclusive framework for Divyaang children, aligning with CARA’s vision

The Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) and MyGov are seeking innovative ideas to promote family-based rehabilitation for Divyaang children (children with disabilities), moving away from institutional care. Suggestions include community-driven support systems, technology-enabled solutions (tele-rehabilitation, adoption tracking apps), financial incentives for adoptive families, and policy reforms to streamline adoption processes. The initiative emphasizes inclusive education, parental training, and de-stigmatization campaigns to create a supportive ecosystem. Citizens can submit proposals on MyGov until 30th November 2025 to help shape a more inclusive future for these children.

Non-institutionalised rehabilitation for Divyaang children should focus on community-based and family-driven support. Instead of relying on institutions, families, schools, and local bodies must work together to ensure inclusion, education, therapy, and emotional well-being for every Divyaang child.
Parents should receive counselling and basic training from local rehabilitation centres, while schools adopt inclusive education methods and accessible infrastructure. NGOs and volunteers can assist in awareness, early identification, and home-based therapy.
This approach upholds the dignity and rights of Divyaang children and builds a more compassionate, inclusive, and self-reliant society.

My suggestion is to explore how technology can be effectively used to scale these non-institutional models across India.
This could include:
Digital Registry Platforms: For tracking children in need and available foster/kinship families.
Tele-Rehabilitation and Tele-Counseling: Using video calls to provide specialized therapy and counseling to remote families.
App-Based Support: Developing mobile applications to provide training, resources, and mental health support for foster parents and children.

Respected Sir,
I'm just reminding about our old traditions and Culture.
During our ancient times Risi Astabakar was a great Rishi. So in his memories Scholarship should pay all students belonging to that community.
