This way health facilities, ration shops, banks, all can become accessible to the people. Also, pending cases that are judicial or quasi-judicial, such as land and pathway disputes, applications for pension, and other govt grants can all be settled on this single day as all files will move to the village along with the District Collector, Tehsildar and Patwari. The elected representatives can also attend the Mass Contact so that they can assist the civil administration in quick decision-making.

J & K has been on the nation's mind. I am working in Srinagar as part of a court set up Committee to clean up the Dal Lake. I think the biggest problem in Kashmir is inept and weak administration. Also because of harsh and inclement weather villages remain cut-off from any connectivity almost 6 months in a year. In order to reach out to the people and to provide public services at their doorstep, the district administration should hold Mass Contact event in every village once a month.

Post Pulwama, there have been many reports in the media about hate crimes against Kashmiris. If true, this is very unfortunate. It will further alienate Kashmiris and potentially create more terrorists out of ordinary citizens. This is a dangerous path adopted by some people of our country with low IQ and EQ. I would like to make an ardent request to you to firstly condemn such acts and secondly ask people of India to recognize that Kashmiris are Indians and we should embrace them.

Whatever may be the situations, the mental health is maintained constant only because of love and affections given by others to us. India is sad because of the pulwama attack. We don't need the words of condolence; we need the counter attack, a perfect attack which will make the terror groups to have fear when they plan to attack Indian forces. Make them to know " India will not fear for the bite of small mosquitoes, rather we will roar in front to eliminate the terrorism from the whole world...
