Dear Sir, With all regards I wish to draw your attention to the condition of teachers in private institutions with help of a live example.A hard working teacher with impeccable background in her eight month of pregnancy is charged with a false allegation by Director and with a notice not to enter the college gate, she is insulted time an again in institute. She has to fight to prove herself right.Forget about an honorarium as maternity leave, she doesn't even get respect in her college

Sir, with increasing mobility, urbanisation, we have an increase in personal vehicle usage too. Most cities are prone to traffic issues & an ever increasing number of accidents. Though fatalities are what are reported & may not demonstrate a significant rise year on year, hospital statistics will definitely show a significant increase in traffic accident related injuries, especially head injuries due to lack of helmet usage. We need to inculcate safe driving practices, not just stiff penalties.

Sir, September 5th marks Teacher's day- celebrating the life of an extra-ordinary academic, teacher & Indian President- Dr.S.Radhakrishnan. Our country still lags in adequate number of trained teachers, especially in smaller towns & villages. There are many who may be able to participate in part time coaching in these schools as volunteers. It is time to help each other grow & sustain. Such effort should be co-ordinated by the "Vidyanjali" scheme & more capable Indians should join the effort.

Sir, the festive - wedding season is fast approaching. Our cultural ethos teaches us to celebrate our eco-system, respect & nurture it. It will be in the fitness of things if we returned to our roots and tried eco-friendly celebrations this year, increasing use of green & recycled products, gifting saplings and using natural products like coir / paper bags. Also, it is the season to share, given that altruism is also a part of our heritage & try to support a cause close to our heart.

while west UP suffers an increase in crime rates ,no / poor infrastructure and no industrial development. I don’t think it is difficult for a Competent Prime minister to highlight and attract investment for A mono rail along Yamuna expressway and COMPUTER HUBs IN AGRA, SOLAR Valleys AND BIOTECH HUBs IN MATHURA BY Yamuna expressway.

Heavy traffic and daily accidents have converted Yamuna expressway in to a DEATH Valley. The proposed industrial activities could give fresh life to the millions of youth in the area, and a MONO RAIL could be good alternative as source of transportation. It could reduce increasing transportation pressure on express way and also check the migration of youth and the increasing crime rate in the area, but it seems Government is working for the betterment of eastern parts of UP Only, while west UP s

The proposed development projects for industrial cities by Yamuna Express way, are now derailed by present state Govt. Continuous ignorance of the region has crushed all the hopes of industrial developments of this area. As Area falls in the TAJ Protection Zone so industrial activities are nil due to stringent norms. Millions of hopes of development COMPUTER HUBs IN AGRA, SOLAR Valleys AND BIOTECH HUBS in MATHURA by Yamuna expressway from Noida to Agra have faded as disinterest of State govt, ha
