Root cause of corruption is in police dept, pds, and where the posts are given without any process in the local Panchayat and taluk offices as helpers and peons. Please bring policy without any human intervention the posts are given on merit.I came across a PDS worker who says openly until I take my money given to take this job I will indulge in manipulation of food grains distribution in PDS. So this shows the root cause. Please address the jobs are given only through merit.

Dear Modi ji, Thank you for the great programme and asking for the jantas' "man ki baat". I would like to mention : 1) Empowement of victims in legal/court cases. At present, the legal system is steeped in procedures and loopholes which should be simplified to grant quick justice to the victims.
