India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

• Illustrate how digital ecosystems can accelerate emergent business model designs. Take time to create a blueprint that shows how digital ecosystems provide the foundational layer to emergent business models like the gig economy, data-driven economy, on-demand economy or MSBM. • Use as a launchpad for digital transformation initiatives. Create a digital ecosystem platform reference architecture that shows how to onboard technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain and many others.

In absolute terms InDEA 2.0 may address the network related issues in present system. It is supposed to be an integrated system developed with considering the shortcomings and constraints of existing system. However, there should have been a point to point table of issues of existing system and how the proposed system is going to resolve these issues. This architecture is said to be disruptive change in this discussion paper. Why this is considered disruptive change, it shall be highlighted. We have not yet been able to fix the issues with GSTN even after 5 years of implementation. New income tax portal issues are yet to be resolved. Ultimately it is public which has to suffer. There are many functionalities which have to become operational. No government agencies would take the blame for individuals losses and pains. Disruptive changes shall be for ease of living and not intended to give sleepless nights to public.

Agricultural ecosystems are dynamic and complex systems of climate zones that include various factors such as temperature, precipitation, surrounding conditions influencing the crop growth by either direct or indirect interaction with the crop plants and animals from that area, soil nutrients, and plant growth
