MoEFCC issued a Draft Notification on 11th July, 2023 making rules to regulate the utilisation of crop-residue by the TPPs in NCR and adjoining areas to get rid of burning issue of residues in agriculture fields. Best use of this residue is in plantation programme as post plantation dense mulching material which has greater advantage and will increase growth and rate of survival. Our plantation schemes have various demerits and due to that success is far lower compared to money spent. People have appreciated Miyawaki method to create Native Forest which is the ecological way of creating Forests acceptable to nature. MoEFCC must bring in a legislation for using crop residue as Mulching material mandatorily in all planting schemes for creating Native forest.

I have a keen interest in science & technology and I have a brilliant idea to invent some new technology that can save people from various dangerous situations. Here are some of my innovative ideas:- 1.Special technology of passenger crossing at railway station & its use:- Development & use of technology as an alternative to railway over bridges & subways for passenger crossing at railway stations, and to move rail passengers and goods in a simple & Straight forward manner & in a very short time. 2.Special technologies & their use in pedestrian protection:- Prevents accidents by all vehicles & specially buses, trucks, etc, using special technology & prevents crushing. 3.Development & use of special technologies for military protection & counterinsurgency:- 4.Energy fuel production & its economic development:- 5.Use of special equipment in the worker's work:- The work of workers especially in the case of house construction workers with less effort.

There should be a performance management system for leaders or parties. We elect leaders but there is no criteria to judge ,most of the % of peoples are not satisfied with performance of leaders in there area .
