Namo Narayana 1. This is a SUGGESTION / OBSERVATION. 2. Motto of good governance as emphasised by government is : SERVICE DELIVERY AT GRASS ROOTS LEVEL. 3. IEPF long form is : INVESTOR EDUCATION and PROTECTION FUND. 4. INTENTION / THOUGHT behind its creation was / is LAUDABLE. 5. However PROTECTION does not imply that the govt. body / dept. will hold on to a claimant’s genuine assets for an INORDINATELY LONG PERIOD OF TIME or REJECT /DENY the claim because of some procedural deficiency. 6. The assets e.g. SHARES / DIVIDENDS were surrendered to IEPF AUTHORITY by THE REGISTRARS of THE COMPANY / COMPANIES hence the ONUS of getting the claimant’s assets RELEASED should perforce be on the REGISTRARS and not on the CLAIMANT. 7. As of present , a claimant has to suffer the TRAUMA / TORTURE.

It is seen that floods are affecting various states in the country. Some due to cloudburst, sometimes due to change of river course, sometimes due to release of water by dams , sometimes due to heavy rains and poor drainage systems etc. It is suggested to take proper guidance from expertise Geologist ( भूवैज्ञानिक) and do not leave the construction only on engineers. Clearance from Central Government Geologist must be made mandatory. As we saw that several constructions are being done in River beds many times for example in Kedarnath flood whole bus stand was made in river bed. Many similar cases can be seen. If Geologists and Geological reports are not ignored, proper and systematic planning is done , loss of life and property can be avoided. Construction should be done only at feasible places and not favourite places. Please give it a thought.

Toll tax waiver on NATIONAL HIGHWAYS (NH) must be given for all citizens who pay income tax . If not all tax payers a limit may be set , for example - a citizen paying tax of more than 01 lakh per year onwards may be exempted. A tag like fastag may be generated digitally . This small step will increase willingness of people to pay more taxes and also reduce a little burden from already burdened tax payers and will surely bring a smile to their faces.

मेरा एक और विचार है कि ऐसे शासक जो विभिन्न राज्यों में शासन कर रहे हैं जिनकी पूरी शासन व्यवस्था ही संदिग्ध है जैसे बंगाल में ममता बनर्जी दिल्ली मैं अरविंद केजरीवाल राजस्थान में अशोक गहलोत पंजाब में भगवंत मान तमिलनाडु में स्टालिन इनके साथ साथ सीपीएम एवं अन्य राजनैतिक एजेंसियां भी संदिग्ध के घेरे में है किसी ना किसी सेंट्रल एजेंसी के द्वारा इन पर कड़ी नजर रखी जानी चाहिए ताकि देश विरोधी गतिविधियों का ना केवल पता लगाया जा सके अपितु उन पर सख्त कार्रवाई भी की जा सके उसके लिए अगर संविधान में बदलाव करना पड़े तो कीजिए

आज जिस तरह से स्वार्थी राजनेताओं की संख्या बढ़ चुकी है ऐसे में निस्वार्थ शासक ढूंढना भी किसी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष का मुख्य कर्तव्य है आपने भारतीय जनता पार्टी को किस प्रकार शासन में लाया मुझे ज्ञात परंतु इस बात का खेत भी है कि अपने जैसे नेता भी आपको तैयार करने चाहिए थे ढूंढना चाहिए था हर प्रदेशों में इमानदारी से देखा जाए हर प्रदेशों में सैकड़ों युवा आपको मिल जाएंगे जिनका देश के प्रति निस्वार्थ निष्ठा है परंतु उनको अवसर प्राप्त नहीं हो पाता है और अवसर उनको प्राप्त हो पाता है जो निकम्मे और स्वार्थी हैं

प्रधानमंत्री जी आपके अंदर बहुत सारी सेंट्रल एजेंसियां हैं उन्हीं में से चुनकर ऑनेस्ट एवं प्रतिभाशाली अधिकारियों की एक नई टीम या नई एजेंसी बनाई जाए जो देश के अंदर चल रही देश विरोधी गतिविधियों पर बिना किसी दबाव के कार्यवाही कर सके जोना केबल राज्य सरकारों के निर्देश से परे हो अपितु उनके द्वारा की गई कार्यवाही आमतौर पर साझा की जा सके और उसके लिए दूरदर्शन से अच्छा माध्यम कुछ नहीं आज बंगाल और केरल के हालात ऐसे हैं जो आप से छुपा नहीं है वैसे ही हालात कर्नाटका और राजस्थान में बन चुके हैं उस पर अंकुश लगाना अति आवश्यक हो गया है

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मैं सीधा मुद्दे की बात पर आता हूं आप प्रधानमंत्री हैं पूरे देश का नाकि केवल बीजेपी शासित राज्यों का आज के दौर में भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों में चाहे वह आपकी पार्टी का हो या अन्य पार्टियों का सभी जगह देश विरोधी गतिविधियां आम होती जा रही हैं अगर उन पर सख्त कदम नहीं उठाया गया तो आने वाले भविष्य में भारत छोटा सा देश ना बन जाए बांग्लादेश और श्रीलंका जैसे उसके लिए मेरे पास एक सुझाव है जिससे कि आप पूरे देश में चल रही देश विरोधी गतिविधियों पर ना केवल अंकुश लगाएं अपितु भारत को अखंड राज्य बनाने हेतु एक ठोस कदम उठा सके

I am Sachin Kumar Tiwari, I am from Siwan, Bihar. I have traveled a lot on domestic flights. I have some personal suggestions regarding the security check that is done for the departure at the entry of the airport. I have seen, seeing adhar card & Flight ticket, the police man give the entry. People can change there photo and name in aadhar card and can make bogus aadhar card, because there in no any digital verification of aadhar card at airport. So my suggestion is that you should do digital verification by scanning the QR of Aadhar card at the airport gate entry. Or Don't give entry for departure with an Aadhar Card.

why is it that our highest court did not take any cognizance of events in bengal,kerala and other states but only does it for manipur.?
