1) Following benefits now available to all senior citizen , should be withdrawn in case of income tax payers .This can be done by asking PAN no: while booking tickets .The system should be programmed to indicate if the person is a tax payer , and deny concession .(This can be implemented after due study .) a) Concessions in train tickets. b) Concessions in air tickets. 2) Stop charging income tax on residential properties not actually let out . Presently this is treated as notional income .

Direct taxes must be simplified further. Eliminate exemptions like LTA,HRA etc. Instead increase minimum slab limits.Tax compulsory on the incomes. I show in countries like Australia,There are hardly any exemptions.But slab limits higher,slabs are wide and top most earners pay more taxes.

We need the House rent regulation for metro cities based on the Location because its ot of burden for middle class people those who are live in metros. I hope Namo government will look into this issue. Thanks & My namaskar Murali Venkatraman

Various schemes like the Helpline no. 7738299899 for vehicle Registration details, EPF balance should be enhanced and popularized for public use. These are very good initiatives by Govt. The services under such helplines should be extended to serve many more useful things like Health related info.

What is Swacch Bharat - Teach school children cleaning. No matter they get even admission in a dirty manner. Poor kids - born to clean grown-ups dirt. What is skill India.
