#AmendmentSrNo19 Clause 22 for proposed amendment of threshold exemption for Registration from 10 lakhs to 20 lakhs, my suggestion is to increase threshold exemption for registration by 2 slots. From 10 lakhs to 15 lakhs for a period of 6 months to 1 year and then from 15 lakhs to 20 lakhs thereafter. This will help in offsetting stress on GST tax net widening as, many businesses will fall under the category of exemption from registration. This may be applied uniformly across the states.

GSTR1: uploaded data's are minor error occur like that invoice number and date mistakenly uploaded. But the taxable amount, tax amount, total invoice value are same and it is not arise the revenue loss. This type of error suggest to rectifying and allowable one like that core & non-core field amendment method without any damages charges or fine or penalty. In this modification are all effect require for the same uploaded month.
