Please cancel or reject the application for cancellation within 30 days of submission of request and that too with a valid reason Also make the process of refund of excess balance in cash ledger even if it is 100 Rs automatic. Withdraw the threshold limit of Rs 1000 or more Please do not make us go to Sales Tax or Central & Excise Tax offices for claiming refund or cancellation of GST. This hampers the Digitalization Theme you have brought in by GST On behalf of me other small MF Distributors

For traders whose turnover is below 20lac, should also be registered under GST. These traders must also file return atleas Yearly return showing their sale and purchase. Turnover below 20lac need not pay any tax but if it crosses then it should be taxed accordingly. Huge number of traders who should be registered are taking advantage of being unregistered and composition scheme. The term UNREGISTERED should be removed and all traders doing business should be registered.

TCS slapped on E commerce operators is a clear indication of Mindset of Indian Tax authorities that foreign e commerce companies investing in India should be suppressed and slapped with more and more taxes. While China remains a favorite investment destination of business world , India was never the most favored nation for investment and can never the most favored nation because of the mindset of Indian tax authorities to tax foreign e commerce companies rather than domestic industry.

I am a Mutual Fund Distributor which comes under purview of Services, I have income less than 20 Lakhs, Earlier It was mandatory for me to enroll in GST even if I had earned a single rupees, A notification in October, than those earning less than 20 lakhs need not to file in GST. Also the option for cancellation opened very late in March. I had applied for cancellation in April, and till date it is not cancelled. Thus I am paying 18% Tax on whatever commission I am getting. Pls look into it.

Subejct:-TCS slapped on e commerce operators. While the Indian Government will make every effort to make GST returns easy for common tax payers but It seems that Indian Government is committed to make GST more and more complex for E commerce operators by slapping TCS on e commerce operators.Reverse charge mechanism can be removed for benefit of public. In the same way TCS slapped on e commerce operators should be removed for the benefit of common Indian consumers.

TCS slapped on E commerce operators in obstructive, derogatory and discriminating.E commerce operators have made big mistake of doing business in India in-spite of incurring huge losses on their balance sheet.E commerce has worked for benefit of Indian consumers by providing world class products at most competitive prices. But Indian Government does not want that e commerce operators should flourish in India. GST will be made easy for Common tax payers but more complex for e commerce operators
