There should be a provision for settlement by SGST or CGST office so that as many Tax payers who had yet not filed their return due to too much Late Fees calculated in their returns can get an opportunity to file their returns and Government could also collect its revenue, and also RCM u/s 9(4) should be abolished for the sake of simplicity of GST.

#AmendmentSrno17- Abolish entire section 17(5) of cgst act. Complicating the ITC chain will only result in litigations like service tax.. Further, seemless ITC of everything purchased for business will incentivise people to incur all expenditure in white and will increase income tax collections of govt. Disallowing ITC only result in confusions and wastage of business time. Rather allow ITC of all items after reducing some fix percentage on account of non- business spending...

in my view the advocate should be given a share in gst audit . In previous indirect tax regime in some state the advocte had been given the opportunity to conduct audit . why in gst they are being deprived. Given power to conduct gst audit to advocate and other stakeholders will be more helpful for taxpayer.

The first year of GST has been good, but it is a great pleasure for the people of the Late Fees set up in the first year of GST, when people understand the process of GST as well as possible and the GST system is also going well, GST has been let off by the GST Now people keep on such a huge gift that if the Gowarrama is given an apology on Let's Fee, then our request to the Gowerment is that in the law of let fees, That's right and people can easily return filing

Sir we are tax professional not the return preparing machine. If u are concerned with quality ofreturns rather than quantity of return u have to make all return on quarterly basis. Cancellation of gst number should be stopped. Changing gst numbers from composite to normal without giving opportunity of being heard should be stopped. Make system easy not keep system and us unnessarly busy. Excess of every thing is bad like numbers of returns are concerned. Plz make all return on quarterly basis

as this is the new law introduced, and having so many procedures to file returns, there needed some time to understand.moreover the law is more complicated to understand and having huge work procedure. as we are practitioners we are trying to get more business people to register under gst. business people also interested in registering and doing their business in a smooth way. we need time upto 31st Aug 2018 to file pending returns without penalty. expecting good response from Govt.

Late Fee is pressure for work to Practitioners so Late fees may be abolish. Payment of GST should be take in advance for every month just like income tax and shortfall of GST payment interest is applicable. Priority for which work should be given,is biggest problem. GST return due dates are not sufficient to complete work.so extend the due dates. Small businessman are not able to maintain accounts with inventory, therefor HSN code should not be compulsory for the businessman whose T. O. is 2 cr.
