In order to engage with the stakeholders and invite comments from the public at large, the Department of Revenue has decided to make available the proposed amendments in CGST Act, 2017, IGST Act, 2017 and the GST (Compensation to States) Act, 2017 in the public domain. The draft proposals for amendments can be seen here. You are invited to submit your comments/feedback on the draft proposals for amendments through this discussion on MyGov.in. To facilitate the analysis of the comments / feedback, you are requested to add a hashtag to your comments. The hashtags should be added using the following scheme:

Use the hashtag #AmendmentSrNo1 for comments pertaining to amendment detailed at serial no.1 of the draft proposals,#AmendmentSrNo2 for comments pertaining to amendment detailed at serial no. 2 of the draft proposals, etc.

In case you have more than one suggestion to offer, you may find it convenient to type out your comments in a separate document, with hashtags specifying the Serial No. for which the comments are being given.

Last date of submission is 16th July, 2018

BANK SHOULD GIVE INFORMATION OF BIG LOAN ON WEBSITE SO OTHER BANK CAN SANCTION LOAN BY SEEING BORROWERS HISTORY.LOAN SHOULD GIVEN TO INFRA STRUCTURE CO. WITH GOVERNMENT GUARANTEE.

R/Sir, As per rural businessmen point of view please waive off penalty charges for filling return up to the current period from July 2017. This will be more effective step for the rural businessmen from the central government. Thanks

BANKS ARE PAYING HIGH STATUTORY AUDIT FEES TO AUDITOR BUT NO ADEQUATE REPORT TO CONTROL BANK N P A BY AUDITOR SO ONLY BANK SYSTEM EXPERT TO BE APPOINTED AS AUDITOR AND SOME SECURITY DEPOSIT SHOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM AUDITORS FEES.

RATE OF INTEREST ON BANK F.D.WAS 6.5% DURING 1999 TO 2004 AND DURING 2005 TO 2014 WAS 8 TO 10.5%.BANK DEPOSITOR IS NOT SATISFIED FROM RATE OF INTEREST 6.50% CURRENTLY TO HIM.INFLATION RATE IS HIGHER. SOME BANK ARE CHARGING HIGH PENALTY ON SAVING A/C HOLDER FOR MINIMUM BALANCE 250/PER QUARTER

Everything related to hindus is not politics for BJP. 1 crore Hindu sena should be built for future purpose.This Hindu sena will be armed with one shot guns and sword and bow and arrow.We will send this hindu send to bangladesh with indian military to kill all the islamis fundamentalists. Rss and Hindus and BJP are Idle. They should work hard to save their religion and Hindus. Otherwise Hindu society will be destroyed. Hindus knows only to torture dalits.They don't know,how to fight.

Provide clarity to all who have to pay. In some case people with less than Rs. 10 lakh revenue annual are also paying Rs. 50000 to CA to do GST. How can business be run like this.

280 infants were sold by mother teresa organization. those infants shuould be rescued. India will be hindu country in 2019. In pakistan Hindus be being tortured and hindu girls are being raped and converted to islam . same thing are happening in bangladesh also. India should take strong action against bangladesh and pakistan. We can't allow that . Otherwise Bangladesi muslims will be forced to send to bangladesh forcefully by miliotary. BIP should be strong and caring about hindus.
