Please remove applicability of annual return for the person who have turnover below 1.5 cr. Beacuse most of the person become assessee because most of the services or goods become taxable after gst introduction. Dont add no more burden. income tax also fixed due date with penalty so they cant afford that much pressure

SIR I M GST CONSULTANT AND I HAVE BEEN GETTING NEW CLIENTS WHO HAS NOT FILED THEIR GST RETURN FROM THE DATE OF THEIR REGISTRATION. DUE TO WORKING CAPITAL ISSUES. NOW THEIR SITUATION IS LIKE THEIR PER DAY PENALTY IS INCREASING DAY BY DAY AND BEING A NEW SMALL BUSINESS STARTER THEY CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY PENALTY MORE THAN THEIR TOTAL TURNOVER. HENCE OPPORTUNITY TO FILE OLD RETURNS AT NIL PENALTY BE GIVEN TO THEM SO THAT THEY CAN CONCENTRATE ON THEIR BUSINESS

GST IS APPRECIABLE STEP OF GOVERNMENT OF INDIA FURTHER IF GST PORTAL ENABLE TO GENERATE INVOICE THROUGH THE PORTAL ITSELF THEN IT WILL HAVE FOLLOWING BENEFITS 1. THERE SHALL NOT BE NO NEED TO FILE GSTR RETURN AND JUST GENERATE INVOICE AND PAY TAX INSTANTLY IN ADVANCE WHILE GENERATING INVOICE 2. PURCHASE SHALL BE DIRECTLY REFLECTED THE TRANSACTION ON ITS PORTAL INSTANTLY\ 3. INVOICE AUTHENTICITY SHALL BE INCREASED. AND IT SHALL REDUCE THE BURDEN OF COMPLIANCE FOR SMALL BUSIENSSES

Sir please make gst effective quarterly but IN CASE GSTR-1/2 MONTHLY is NOT easy to concentrate on input output adjustments or set-off monthly rotation of bills is hard in case of bulk seller please think about it now in monthly process business is secondary process and GST is become first process HELP THEM TO DO BUSINESS NOT GST collection from debtors is not so easy for most of business taken cc limits from banks to give credits sale. OTHERWISE CREDIT SALE IS HARD.

Sir I'm a Management Accountant and i have few lines to talk about GST: 1.Increasing the functioning capacity of GST network by investing more on robust technology and hardware > making sure that the site would not go shutdown 2.Processing the refunds, export incentives faster. 3.Bringing Natural Gas and Petroleum products under GST. Thanks.
