7)Remove HSN wise summary from return in my opinion its make lots of confussion & huge work burden for wholeseller (turnover above 2 crore) who can deal varieties type of product.8)Sir please open tran 1 for every taxpayer(fresh & revision) many business suffer huge of loss for only one single form 9)late fee remove for nil return & Rs 20/-per day for others.

at present there is no provision to rectify the challan paid details. one of my friend paid gst challan mentioning the amount in interest coloumn instead of tax column so he is asked to pay the tax again and claim refund of interest paid by mistake. infact pl provide the facility to transfer the interest or late fees or any other column in cash ledger to transfer to correct column as per choice of assessee without affecting the government dues if any.

1)Provide 1 single monthly return, return file & tax payment last date extended 20th day of next month for every taxpayer. 2) At least onetime revision option within six month of return submit. 3)Clarity should be provided whether Cr.Nt. issue withtax & without tax.4)Provide option in GST Site where taxpayer check total return summary for particular period in single click.5)RCM option is applicable for above 5 crore turnover 6) Remove HSN wise summary column

My one more suggestion is to keep the late fees tariff at minimum. In my opinion any law which provides for levying the late fees at an exhorbitant level makes he people to evade it and think of stepping into corrupt practices. I would like to cite here the example of a Scrapping of clause by the HIgh Court of Karnataka under the KVAt Act due to the heavy amount of penalty for late filling was existed.
