TRAI Invites Suggestions for Consultation Paper on Allotment of spectrum to Indian Railways for Public Safety and Security services

Department of Telecommunications (DoT) through their letter dated 27th February 2019 has informed that Indian Railways has proposed to install an Ultra-high-speed LTE based communication corridor along their network for Train-Ground and Train-Train communication. In this connection Indian Railways has requested DoT to reserve 15 MHz of spectrum in 700 MHz band for the purpose and to begin with 10 MHz to be allocated free of cost as the proposal is devoid of any commercial gain, but only for enhancing security and passenger amenities. Through the said letter, DoT has also requested TRAI to provide recommendations on administrative allotment of spectrum to Indian Railways and the quantum, price, appropriate frequency band (including 450-470 MHz band) and any other related issue.

A Consultation Paper on “Allotment of Spectrum to Indian Railways for Public Safety and Security Services” has been released to discuss the issues involved. Written comments on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper are invited from the stakeholders by 22nd July 2019 and counter-comments by 5th August 2019.

12. in trains some boxes are fixed for old ones and disabled ones but instead of them the others are taking their seats and for them nothing is left so they have to complete their journey by standing or sitting in the floor. 13. In local trains there should be some fixed seats for elders and women's or there should be a particular box in which only girls/ women's are only allowed so they feel full safety and if my mistake any male enter in that box he should be told to get out from that box.

9. In some trains boxes the emergency stopping chains are cuted off (they are not there in there Location) so someone wants to stop the train he/she is not able to stop the train. 10. in some trains where they are on there journey they smell like burning of rubber inside the box which is harmful for the person's health and it can lead to fire or any harmful crises. 11. In some train boxes there is also water leakage which results in difficulty for the travellers and there luggage.

8. now some about heath and hygine: - not even a single bathroom in any station or in any train is clean. - all the sides of the boxes of trains are that dirty which I can't express in words. - in some trains which have dustbins also have no cleanliness because the workers take out the garbage from dustbins but they don't clean it properly from both outside and inside. - but when you will (PM or anyone with high grade) they will clear the train like the train is newly made or how much they care.

5. while traveling in trains many peole come to sell there goods and just for that they travel from one place to another without ticket so I request you to have a look on it. 6.on stations and inside the trains there are lots of thives which steals the goods of people so there should be cameras in trains and stations and more police man should be there on station duty for help at one call. 7. no police or any safety person is available for the help so there should be atleast 3 on the station.

आज तकनीकी इतनी आगे है कि हमे पहाड़ो पर 5से 10 km की दूरी तय करने पर भी थोड़ी ही दूरी पहुचने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। कहने का तातपर्य है कि पहाड़ो में सुरंग बनाना अब मुश्किल नहीं है तकनीक आज बहुत आगे है उसे उपयोग में लाएं ओर घुमाव फिराव वाले सड़क,रेल मार्गो को सीधा कर दूरी कम करने की पहल करें इससे जनता के ईंधन,समय की बचत होगी।

1. In trains sometime the TT is not coming to check whether the traveler is having a ticket or not because of that the travellers are fear free. 2. If TT come there is a lot of hord of people in a box so he is not unable to attend and check everyone so there should be a limited people in the box. 3. In trains there is a lot of garbage on the floor so in every box there should be atleast 2 dustbins. 4. lots of people live in station they should not be there they must be shifted to another place.

प्रिय माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, आप जी से सीधा संपर्क करने का यह बहुत ही अच्छा प्लेटफॉर्म जनता को देने हेतु मेरा तहे दिल से धन्यवाद स्वीकार करें। मुझे बहुत ही हर्ष व खुशी महसूस हो रही है शायद यह मेरा पहला संवाद है। मैं आपको सुझाव में यह निवेदन करना चाहता हूं कि जैसा कि हमारा देश आज अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान में काफी आगे निकल चुका है आप की कृपा से ,तो क्यों न सभी ट्रेनों को जीपीएस सिस्टम से लैस कर सीधा ट्रेकिंग पर मीटर ऑन द स्पॉट जनता को जानकारी मिले और वो भी सभी ट्रेनों की जिसमे पैसेंजर भी हो।
