To add some more...Karnal should have Cycle lanes throughout city to achieve one of the objective of Rahagiri. we would have more cycle users only when we have conducive and safe environment. We should have Dustbins available at Public Places to reduce littering.Although, Its 100 % responsibility of smart people of Karnal. Its the People who make city Smart...So Go Green should be one of the Mantra. Traffic Rules Enforcement would help as in Chandigarh.

In order to alter the face of the City, following steps are required to be taken: Step 1: Honorable CM should present a vision to the people of city to connect all with single vision as the absence of one is the main reason of no growth. Step 2: CM sir should create an association of some youngsters who would work under the government to educate people (selection must be on skill basis) Step 3: Dustbins should be placed on public places. Step 4: A plan and initiative for planting trees.
