There are couple of things here. 1) Mining and Production 2) Distribution. 1) in mining, use SMACS (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud and Security) Technologies. Mining times will reduce, accuracy of digging also improves. Saves lot of production time. Use analytics to find right places for mining. 2) In distribution also use SMACS and RFID technologies. Defining optimum routes and cost reductions are possible. Some of USA mines use these technologies. All the best. -Dr.G.P.Sudhakar,PhD,PMP

-Have an analysis of experienced best mechanism adapted in past to ensure involvement cum sense of ownership among engaged core group functionaries. Adapt it/ them as per today needs. -Along with coal block allotment to big /corporate houses, a new lease system should also be evolved for family members / relatives of those employees/ officers willing to come forward for coal mining on SHG-self help groups and / cooperative basis. -monitor regularly coal mining with cctv / remote sensing

I WISH GOVERNMENT MUST STOP COAL MINING BECAUSE IT EFFECT THE ENVIRONMENT .THERE MAY MORE EARTH CRACK IN NEAR FUTURE.PLEASE STOP GIVING CONTRACT TO THE PRIVATE SECTOR BECAUSE THEY DIG MORE COAL ILLEGAL WAY,THEY KNOW HOW TO BRIBE THE OFFICERS IN CHARGE.THERE MAY BE NO TRANSPIRENCY BY ILLEGAL DIGGING WE MAY LOSS THE EXACT REVENUE .BETTER WE MUST NOT HARM TO OUR COAL PROPERTY,WE MUST ENCOURAGE ELECTRIC ENERGY,,REPLACE COAL.

1.If offtake is challenge-why is compulsion to double prod and deplete a non-renewable resource. So Vision is faulty-lacks clear national policy as coal is linked to all sectors. 2.Make in India took a beating due to increase in coal cost by direct price increase, transit losses/theft&grade slippage giving way to imp. coal. 3.If consumer can get his desired sized and beneficiated coal, cost can come down. Coal India should be accountable to consumer however small. 4.Low logistics cost-waterways

I live in secl j&k area. I have spend 21 years here. Here I saw that peoples living here did not think about the electricty. As there is no installation of electric meters peoples use unlimited electricity. If electric meter is installed in every house then people will start the saving energy ultimately the coal is saved. There are many coalfields like NCL, WCL. I am doing request with my government that please take some steps regarding this so that a large amount of energy can be saved.
