VOTING SYSTEM SHOULD GET LINKED WITH ADHAR CARD- so that educated youths living in other cities could easily cast their vote by their adhar card(their biometric thumb print and ratina scaning). it would increase the % of votes as well as the % of educated voters. the method would become easy which would lead to increment in the voting % ( by educated voters)
