Education becomes business now and private school is taking lots of fees by advising its as activity fees from the Nursery itself and it is first steps towards education of any child. Government needs to make some standard and it should be applicable to all education trust of pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary, High secondary, Colleges... Standard should be unique for entire country, not by State. Government of Gujarat makes rules for the act but no one is following. Rules made for broken only.
