Both give an exam ,whom cutoff marks are 25 for general and 16 for OBC/SC 1 student get 22 marks and He fail because He is general & 2 student get 16 marks and He Passed the exam because he is in OBC. As their income is reducing substantially they are finding it difficult to live as prices of essential goods, medicines and healthcare are increasing. This is in total contrast to Government Retirees who get increase in DA periodically.
