THIS MAY BE A SEPARATE DEPARTMENT UNDER MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE. I CAN PRESENT YOU THE DETAILED CONCEPT ON THIS ISSUE. Dear Sir, I have developed a recycling process wherein all the garbage plastics is recycled into paver blocks and bricks. With this process all the plastic lying on roads and unattended areas is getting collected by Rag-pickers and they are selling it to me. This has given an opportunity to the poor to earn a livelihood and also inturn help cleaning the city and environment. I need your help is scaling this process to a higher level so that the whole country can benefit from it.
