On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Please do use young talents in defence field,Please do not make Defence sector privatised, secure every working field with CCTV's and direct it to MOD administrative office to check and verify whats up there,Please try making much investments using talents in india to built oir own defence materials,Try reducing importing of Defence material,Ensuring employment to youth and building patriotism

Inspite of multiple schemes by govt. to help citizens, people in states like Bihar still face scarcity of development opportunities due to rampant corruption and unhelpful system. Therefore, all govt. initiatives must be completely accessible online with fixed time frame and a strong deterrence must be placed to deter any bureaucrat from harrassing citizens. Without consequences, corrupt bureaucracy is not going to let development happen.

To regulate central govt dept Online PGC is there but it will be more effective if same would be there at lower level too as state and municipal level where it's not there or online grievance cell is not working Let govt invite interests & open startups & then sell it to interested ones to speed up & regulate too . Order all ministries to go online , link everything to Aadhar even online casting of votes. No private advertisement rather govt in elections.

Encoragement of public private patnership , as that will erode redtapism ,reduce corruption ,and also will have govt monitoring the project , development and resources used wisely ,such ppp projects need to get fdi ,with govt being patner ,and govt also earning in said project ,encouraging development in india with commitment and skill set of private patner and resorces facilitation by govt and govt profiting as well as developing ,and tax also being paid in integrity with govt monitoring it

Tax benefits for foreign investment , foreign investment to be cleared in timeframe ,profit of fdi to be capped to resonable lvl ,and above that lvl of profit goods manufactured in india of there choice to be purchased or exported from india and imported by there parent country ,similarly industrialist in india to have cap on hoarding wealth , or dead investment ,beyond certain lvl they need to compulsorily invest in projects in india ,or give penalty or tax benefit ,rural investment be rewarded

Governance officers need to be given all facilities that a rich person has, to reduce corruption , officers need to be appointed thru stringent iq tests and interview to ascertain there commitment to good governance ,justice ,empowering and supporting enterpeuners ,appraisal and promotion based on perfomance ,feedback rather than age seniority ,greivance commitee need to be headed by officer having balance view of businessman and community ,reconcilation forum or reconcilation judgement needed

Compulsory education to all , deterence to family with member not educated ,adult education ,night schools , employment guarantee on education ,education institute infrastructure govt portal ,for job seeking and employer ,like other job portal ,tax benefit for more employment by enterpeuner , education and awareness in export of goods ,govt to facilitate data of other countries demands to enterpeuner and industrialist of india ,and viceversa ,data bank for international countries
