To mention one example, many people have lost jobs and one scheme was implemented to distribute rice & DAL for each aadhar, It was implemented until DEEPAVALI festival and is announced by Central Government. When they approached for ration for 2nd time, they did not distribute. Do not know the reason. Why it is not implemented to the gross root level.

There is a strong need for a specialised open department in the centre just to check the work of departments of the government. Every department (except confidential) would be answerable to this new department about their works like money management, duration taken in projects, durability of work, etc. Recruitment for this can be done of the persons known for their integrity, recommendations for the same and some ethical tests. Answerability in written will surely make gov employees more active.

Namasthe ji, on par with technology one govt. should give importance to agriculture. Along with school curriculum agricultural knowledge should be imparted to children from their childhood. Then knowledge of law to children will help them to grow in a disciplined manner. These things will help a nation to grow in a healthy way. To implement these things and monitor an organization has to be setup under education department.

Digitalisation of Central Government is required but with good networked, structured, efficient engineers developed software has to used and implemented like GST, AADHAR etc., so it is not a big task. Any application or platform should be user friendly so that automatically many things can be controlled from digitalization. Many business are running through good application and digital platforms. to Mention Amazon, and many bank platforms, Railway reservations... etc., to name some.
