On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

The main improvement required is to upgrade the system with local system. Centrally announced schemes related to the people is going to ground level with in minimum period of time. Connecting young generation with organisation to getting maximum benefits of different scheme related to them.

Govt need to evolve and become more Agile in this information technology world. Below are the things that I wish to suggest. 1) Reform depts with more efficient horizontal and vertical structure 2) Make 90% Govt faceless (E-Gov). 3) Train police on people management skills and IT 4) Taxpayers are customers so they need time bound services and status update for every request. 5) Out source Judicial backend jobs and fix time limit for every case. 6) vacant position should fill in 1 year

My experience is each department heads gets promotions based on how much he or she, pleases their higher bosses by indulging in corrupt practices. Bribes shared up to highest levels. Performance report, CR reports all based on corrupt practices levels. Public should have access to complain directly to chief vigilance officer or to CBI directly. Identity should be kept with high secrecy. Biometric attendance for incoming and outgoing with time should be stored in software. Honesty, performance.

Changes to police system: 1. People should be allowed to raise FIR- complaints online Reason: There are incidents where police hesitates or refuses to lodged complaints... 2. Every case should be handled as a ticket in online and local police should update the status regularly 3. Local police station should get a monthly target to resolve tickets 4. Police should carry camera whenever they interact with public 5. Police should be assigned - trainings or exams (Web), to improve skills

सबसे पहले सभी विभागों में जहां अधिकारी और जनता का सिद्धा मिलना जुलना रहता है वहा पर एकल खिड़की कक्ष की प्रणाली लागू करे, जिससे अगर कोई भी अधिकारी, गलत तरीके से या फिर किसी लालच में कार्य करेगा तो उसी की गैर जिममेदार होगा। दूसरा विभागों में कर्मचारियों की संख्या में इजाफा करने से, जैसे एक शहर में किसी सामान कि 2 दुकान है, तू वो ऋष्ट तरीके से महंगा सामान बेचता है, दूसरी तरफ अगर 10 दुकान और खुल जाए तो अपने आप भाव नीचे आ जाएगा और व्यवहार भी सही तरह होगा।

Need to create a platform to verify our application status and tracking system, so that citizens of india will get to know how efficient people are working and files are being cleared from their desk as well we can get analytics of each one of the employees and officers in the department or organization working. Benefits to citizens of india are data transparency, non corruption and trust on the government. Also need to set priority for each application applied to the government/organization.

में एयरफोर्स स्कूल जामनगर में 12 साल से क्लर्क के पद पर कार्यरत हूं। हमारे देश के सारे सरकारी आर्गेनाइजेशन, ऑफिस, दफ्तर सभी में फाइल सिस्टम को तुरंत बदलना अति आवश्यक है। अभी जो एयरफोर्स की जो फाइलिंग सिस्टम है वो सबसे अच्छा ट्रांसपेरेंसी फाइल सिस्टम है, किस ऑफिसर/स्टाफ ने फाइल को कितने दिवस/समय तक अपने पास रखा वो आसानी से मालुम हो जाता है। और कोई सरकारी अधिकारी/स्टाफ कोई भी फाइल को बिना कोई वजह जानबुझकर पास नहीं करता या आगे के अधिकारी को नहीं भेजता है तो वह आसानी से पकड़ा जायेगा ।

Cont.. the acknowledgement no can be mentioned for tracking th status of the task, which will be dually flashing notification to the superintendent in charge of work allotment. Humans now a days have showed their creeping maniacs showing hands towards others. It is necessary to make system programmed tools in the part of monitoring the task allotment and task completion which is corruptless. This is vital for office management. Salary, increments, incentives, promotion all based on star rating
