Withdraw and cease all canteen facilities for defence and PMF employees. This will free up manpower and make land available for other important initiatives. All defence and PMF employees be compensated by an amount as otherwise saved due to non payment of GST and excise. Employees will be happy to take more varied items from outside then being restricted to a limited variety. Will also benefit local economy.
