On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Please ensure that all citizens who are availing the Govt reservations should work in 1) Army / Navy / Air force or 2) Social service sponsored by Govt or 3) Work in Villages in Services with govt given students for minimum 1 year before applying to services exam No passport should be issued to any student or citizen who has to taken govt reservations in College or School First priority to be given to students who have volunteered for any of the above 3 and make compulsory.

1. Immediate stop all petty expence on a class 1/2 officers, such as newspaper allowance, telephone allowance, Guest expenditure, etc. 2. Make biometric attendance compulsary. 3. Excess manpower in some offices must be diverted where it is shortage. 4. All tax free benifit to Govt employee to be stopped. viz Canteen, food, ltc, etc 5. Proper mechanism to monitor job performance to be incorporated. 6. Promotion and incentive to promising employee.

But Financial Intelligence Wings of GOI are not that capable to assess their Income . Can these Wings be strengthened .
