We need to tackle this problem at different fronts 1. Minimise political meddling 2. Performance Appraisal in real manner – a new colleague feedback can be introduced, account of work given and done, quality of work, citizen's feedback; all this should translate into a machine generated score of the employee. 3. Citizen's Charter – should be legalised. 4. Ensure Transparency – each and every work should be published on the department's website in monthly, quarterly and yearly manner.

Respected Prime Minister I wanted to put forward a suggestion. Reduce tax for widows. I am a window and I am responsible for my child, my elderly mother and my elderly in laws. I understand tax is required for the functioning of our government but could some consideration be given to widows. Certain of us would come in the 30% slab, however considering the responsibilities we have at home and the increasing cost, some consideration would be a relief.

The Vision of this 'Systematic Improvements' shall be the already annouced "Minimum Government, Maximum Governance". In this Context, there could be two major Parts - i) Minimising the Govt.Machinery interventions and Empowering the People, and ii) Keeping only the Service oriented Activities under Government proragative and delegating the other Profit oriented activities to Private Industrialists.
