Work with your local public agencies and other organizations (neighborhood-based or community-wide) on solving common problems. Set up a Neighborhood Watch or a community patrol, working with police. Make sure your streets and homes are well lit. Report any crime or suspicious activity immediately to the police.

Dear Sir right now a person commits a crime in one state n simply shifts to some other remote corner of country n vanishes from files...can we do something about it.Sir there should be one place where all crimes cases against a person should be put together.Even for houses people get notices by municipal corporation , water, electricity..over a period of time all communication should be recorded under that particular house n also actions taken. It will simplify the whole process trasparent.

Sir Most of the Babus in govt. offices follow Parkinson’s 5th Law. In the absence of defined Responsibility and Accountability at all levels, mostly all schemes & projects are delayed. My suggestions are 1. Like CAG for financial discipline ,a separate equally powerful post need to be created who will ensure timely decisions, disbursement, implementations are taking place. 2. He must have adequate powers to hire or fire any one if found to be the stumbling block to put the system back on track
