For nutritional security at every house in our country. ..a simple Gadget called TNAU insect probe trap is to be used. It removes the insects from stored grain at home where we cannot use any chemicals. Please advocate or support to have this technology widely in our country..to prevent nutritional loss that occurs due to insects in storage of grains. Cost is very low only around 100 INR. Food itself does not play as much role as much the method of preparing it, eating it plays. A good preparation method helps in retaining and enhancing nutritional value of the food and a good way of eating it helps body to absorb nutrition from the food. I have tried to summarize such ways in attached file along with Some cost efficient source of nutrients available to us in general. Best time to consume solid food is off course before sunset. source of my knowledge is Ayurveda.
