Pranam ji. How can we create awareness, so that citizens become responsible for their actions and not wait for Govt to do policing. E.g Litter around highways and railway tracks without thinking of the problem being created for future generation.

50% women a/c=(working person with no parents ) all company(govt,private semi govt +private,parliment members,pensioner below 60 year,self employed)send salary (above 10,000/4 ,above 50000/5,above 100000/6) to his wife bank a/c

25% elders=all company(govt,private semi govt+private,parliment members,pensioner below 60 year,self employed)send salary (above 10,000/4 ,above 50000/5,above 100000/6) to their parents a/c for proper food.their parents get that only through post office(dont know use atm card).Money order for their non movable parents.they will purchase things from street merchant

Hon'ble Prime Minister, indeed a great opportunity for the common citizen to participate in the Nation's governance through myGov website. I am Jagannadha Rao, a Retd GOI Official. Pl examine following suggestions in the Nation's interest: (1) Election Reforms - At present, some candidates are contesting from two constituencies and getting elected from both in their own interest but not in Nation's/Public interest. in this case, by-elections are conducted for un-retained seat at the cost of Govt. exchequer. To save public money, i suggest an amendment in People Representation Act "the candidate shall bear all the election expenditure incurred for one seat", in case he wins in both. (2) Indiscreet Allocation of Public Funds for Freebies to retain Voters - State Govts are unconcerned for infrastructure development or encouragement for new industries or generation of employment, but extending freebies to many undesired public. This is causing underdevelopment and inequality.
